Orange: Grains Group (Wheat, Rice, Oats, Cereal, Oatmeal)
Green: Vegetable Group (Peas, Carrots, Spinach, Broccoli)
Red: Fruit Group (Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Watermelon)
Yellow: Oils (Vegetables Oil, Olive Oil)
Blue: Dairy Group (Milk, Cheese, Yogurt)
Purple: Meat and Beans Group (Chicken, Fish, Black Beans, Peanut Butter)




Your Job as a Healthy Student

-Eat a variety of foods from each group each day
-Get at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day (running, biking, playing frisbee, soccer, swimming)
-Avoid "junk food" like soda, chips, and candy
